Almost 4-in-10 (38%) will vote NDP in the election called for May 5th, while one quarter (25%) will vote for the Wildrose Party and one fifth will vote PCAA (20%).
Less than 3-in-10 (29%) approve of the budget, while as many as 4-in-10 (40%) disapprove.
About one third will support the Conservatives (33%) or the Liberals in the next federal election (35%).
The majority, close to 6-in-10 say it is appropriate for two or more parties to form a coalition to govern if no party gets a majority of seats in Parliament (58%) and a similar proportion also favour an informal arrangement between two or more parties to govern (54%).
One tenth explicitly claimed they had consumed cannabis in the past week (9%), while a further one tenth chose not to answer the question (8%) which may be interpreted as an admission.
One half (48%) approved of the new Canadian Forces mission to Ukraine, while just fewer disapproved (40%).
Two thirds approve of the policy of offering free TTC rides to children 12 and under (64%), 3-in-10 disapprove (31%) and very few have no opinion (5%).
One third think the Gardiner Expressway is not safe to use (34%)
7-in-10 approve of the job John Tory is doing as mayor (71%), stable since the last time we polled (March 15 - 72%).
As many as one-in-six Torontonians have been the victims of violent crime such as assault, a mugging or a robbery at gun point (15%), and this is just slightly down from close to one fifth noted in August, 2012 (18%).
